The Loxley 6' x 8' Strawberry Playhouse is a traditional design that is sure to provide hours of fun to your children but also create a delightful feature in your garden. This playhouse has 12mm shiplap cladding and features a balustrade design banister and ladder creating access to the upstairs area which is 830x1720 mm. The 34mm framing creates a strong and sturdy building and features plenty of styrene glazed windows across the building to create a bright and airy space. The roof and floor are Tongue and Groove Boards. This playhouse comes dip treated in honey brown finish. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. Please Note Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
