The timber is all high grade, certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you've agreed on a colour! The Den is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and roof. There are two opening windows and two fixed windows. The doors are completed with faux feature hinges as there's a full length hinge for safety. All fixings and mineral roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy.
