The Loxley 5' x 3' Jelly Playhouse is a great interactive play house providing lots of fun and role play at a great price. It is an ideal first playhouse and especially suited where space is limited. The Jelly Playhouse is made in the UK with high grade FSC approved shiplap timber over sturdy 34mm framing, the roof is solid OSB sheet; there is no floor supplied. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. This fun den is supplied with a dip treated basecoat ready for you to personalise with your own choice of top coat once you've agreed a colour! All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
