The Loxley 8' x 10' Lemon Playhouse is a traditional design that is sure to provide hours of fun to your children but also create a delightful feature in your garden. This playhouse comes with 12mm Shiplap cladding and features 2 floors with the second floor being reached by a small flight of steps. The verandah offers a sheltered but welcoming area and the door is fitted with piano hinges for additional safety. The 34mm framing creates a strong and sturdy building and features plenty of styrene glazed windows across the building to create a well lit area. The roof and floor are Tongue and Groove Boards. This playhouse comes dip treated in honey brown finish. All playhouses are fully CE marked (TUV Certified) and have been designed in compliance with the European Standard for the Safety of Toys EN-71. Please Note Our garden buildings are pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction.
